In the expansive grounds is a 15m x 6m feature rock swimming pool, gated for safety and with a large shallow area. There is private access to a beach, 15 minutes walk across the owner’s land and to an entirely private rocky cove. Please note the estate is a working farm and that there are some resident cats.

• These rooms do not interconnect but share a partly covered terrace.
