Maturing gardens are home to the inviting swimming pool, whilst the large outdoor barbecue and eating area make for an ideal spot to enjoy meals by starlight. Inside a sense of light and space exudes through the villa with the combination of large windows and French doors allowing all rooms to be flooded with natural light, that then reflects the bright, clean white décor.

The relaxing lounge and large, well equipped family kitchen are both lovely spaces, whilst upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms. Here you will also find access on to the sun terrace and the inviting Jacuzzi bath, the perfect spot from which to watch the sunset over the bay. Four golf courses can be found nearby, as well as the Caves of Drac and the historic town of Arta which wait to be explored.
