Situated in a quiet area of Puerto Pollensa just 300m from the sea, this bright, recently built villa with landscaped gardens provides the perfect location for families to have fun and relax. It is within walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants on the seafront of this ever-popular resort. This light and airy villa is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard. It is centrally heated and there is an open log fire for cosy spring and autumn evenings. Villa Cara is naturally less private than a rural villa but the easy access to all amenities more than compensates.

Two storeys villa sleeps 8:

• On the ground floor there is a lounge with satellite TV which provides all BBC and ITV channels for that unmissable soap or football match.
• A kitchen/diner is fully fitted with built in oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
• A door from the kitchen leads to a utility room with a washing machine.
• There is a ground floor twin bedroom and shower/WC for those who prefer not to climb stairs.
• French doors from the lounge and dining room open on to a covered terrace with cane furniture, ideal for reading, relaxing and keeping an eye on the activity in the large swimming pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.5m to 1.85m, with steps).
• A covered pergola provides shade for outdoor dining amidst colourful plants and shrubs and a BBQ.
• Upstairs are one double and two twin bedrooms – all with ensuite shower/WC.
• There are 2 first floor balconies with sea and mountain views and access to the roof terrace is from one of these first floor balconies.
