La Paloga is a superb country home, situated in a secluded and tranquil location amongst pretty orchards and extensive grounds. It has been built in a distinctive U-shape design, around a courtyard and the majority of the rooms open out onto the covered terraces which lead to the central lawn and pool area. Decorative iron gates have been installed at the entrance of the outside rooms for children’s safety.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and well furnished open-plan living/dining room with attractive beamed ceilings, fireplace, dining table and large sliding doors which lead to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, electric cooker and fridge/freezer. Doors lead to a breakfast terrace. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with shower rooms en suite. There is a further single bedroom (with bunk beds) with a shower room en suite. This room also has an interconnecting door that leads to the double bedroom. The Master double bedroom has an open fireplace, dressing area and a bathroom en suite.
