Casa del Pinaret is an impressive newly built villa in the quiet residential area of El Pinaret, just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa with a wide range of restaurants and shops.  The villa has been equipped with all modern comforts and is recommended for families with children of all ages.

The entrance leads to an open-plan living/dining room with French windows that open on to the terrace and gardens, fireplace, satellite television, video and CD player. There are wicker sofas and chairs and a dining table seating 10.  The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel electric oven and cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with bathroom en suite, and a further double bedroom and twin bedroom which share a separate shower room, suitable for handicapped use.

On the first floor is the Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite and private terrace and another twin bedroom, also with bathroom en suite.

The kidney shaped pool, which measures approximately 6 x 4 m and is accessed by Roman steps, is situated in a terraced area at the back of the house. There is a portable barbecue and an outside dining terrace.
