Can Sole de Baix is a beautiful, traditional Majorcan finca set in the countryside between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. It has stunning views of the mountains and distant views of the sea, and is also ideal for families as there are large gardens with spacious lawns for children to play.

The airy interiors have traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled and stone floors, and the rooms are furnished with antiques. Outside there is a large covered breakfast terrace and a vine covered terrace to the rear, both suitable for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor pool house with a large covered built-in barbecue area with terrace and electric sun awning. Within the beautiful garden there is a 14.5m x 5m heated swimming pool with a shallow area at each end, an outdoor shower and poolside dining area. There are electric gates and a traditional well.

Ground Floor:

• Fully equipped kitchen, utility room, double bedroom with four-poster, en suite bathroom with full size bath and large separate walk-in shower, opening onto private terrace.

• Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with full size baths and large separate walk-in showers (all bedrooms are air-conditioned and the house is fully centrally heated).
