This attractive, unusual villa is situated in the countryside about 5 km from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and the ancient walled town of Alcudia, with the larger resort and beaches of Puerto Alcudia a little further away.

With its distinctive round tower and rooftop solarium (reached by a spiral staircase) offering superb views, it makes a comfortable holiday home for couples or families with slightly older children.
There is a shaded veranda with BBQ for al fresco dining, whilst the slightly raised, kidney shaped swimming pool (7m x 3m, depth 1m to 1.9m) is surrounded by grassy lawns and hedges.

Further twin with shower room upstairs in tower. Spiral staircase (not suitable for children) leading to rooftop solarium. Free safe.
