C’an Rotger is a beautiful old working farm providing guests with a wonderful opportunity to gain a unique insight into Mallorcan country life. Ideal for a small family with children, the original house has been partially renovated and has become a simple, but lovely and well-decorated country home. Surrounded by superbly maintained gardens the villa is situated in a wonderful tranquil location approximately 5 kms from the fascinating old town of Pollensa.

The accommodation is spacious and thoughtfully furnished throughout and comprises an entrance into a comfortable sitting room with satellite television, DVD and CD player, through to a separate dining room. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer and an attractive fireplace. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom (twins pushed together) with its own shower room. The first floor has two further bedrooms (twins pushed together) sharing a full bathroom.

The private swimming pool is approximately 10 x 5m with Roman steps and has been built at the side of the house offering complete privacy. A covered dining porch overlooks the pool area and a nearby barbecue provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

A young couple that farm the land live in a house on the same premises about 100m away. The wife is an excellent Mallorcan cook and can prepare meals on request with organically home grown produce.

Maid service twice a week with weekly linen change.
