Varador is a delightful stylish villa, designed in such a way that it offers spectacular, unobstructed sea views. It has been furnished throughout with Mallorcan textiles from the most prestigious handicraft shop on the island. Care and attention have also gone into the beautiful gardens and modern sculptures, which are dotted throughout the grounds.

Varador is built on several different levels. On the main level is the entrance which leads to the living/dining room with access to a dining terrace with lovely views. There is another sitting room, built in a semi-circular shape with panoramic 180° sea views which has satellite television and a telephone. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer and has a small eating area. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the lowest level, accessed by steps from the hallway, there is a large twin bedroom and a full bathroom. On the next level up, there are two further twin bedrooms, both with bathrooms en suite. On the higher level, there is a Master bedroom with bathroom en suite, as well as a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the bay.

From the main level of the villa there is access to a large furnished terrace, perfect for dining al fresco. A few steps down lead to the irregular shaped swimming pool, measuring approximately 12 x 6 m. There is a lovely terrace for sunbathing and a full shower room by the pool area.

The villa also has its own garage, with sufficient parking for two cars. Access to the garage from both the house and the main road is very steep. From the garage to the villa there are many steps making it unsuitable for young children.
