This beautiful property is set across the sandy cove of Cala Molins in Cala San Vicente, near Pollensa. It is ideally located within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurant and offers fantastic views of the sea. it is very comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern commodities.

On the first floor the door opens into the hall where a hidden cloakroom is to be found. On the left handside is the spacious living/dining room with fireplace, television, DVD player and music system. It has large French windows leading to the porch and pool area. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower also accesses the terrace and pool, as does the twin bedroom with en suite shower room.

On the first floor are a small sitting area with television, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower and another double with en suite shower room, both of them accessing a large terrace with amazing sea view.

There is a covered terrace to enjoy al fresco dinnig and the pool is surrounded with a beautiful teck decking furnished with sun loungers.
