This large country house offers spacious accommodation for a family or large party, and is handily situated in the countryside, just 1.5km from the beautiful beaches of Cala Mondrago, 3 km from Porto Petro marina and 7 km from the larger resort of Cala d’Or. With a large swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) bordered by lawns and an impressive BBQ area, there is plenty of space for families, whilst the villa is split into two levels, which are not let separately. The upstairs level is only used when there are more than 7 people in the party, paying for both parts of the house. Parties of 6 or less people only occupy the lower level, which is more spacious. Inside, Son Moro is spacious, simply furnished but comfortable, with tiled floors, wooden beams and pleasant furnishings.

Ground floor (for all party sizes):

• A covered terrace leads into a galley style kitchen with breakfast corner, cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. 
• Hallway leading into spacious lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD.
• Double bedroom with en suite shower/WC.
• Further shower/WC.
• Stairs lead up to a double and twin bedroom and a full bathroom.

Upper floor (only let for party sizes of 7 or more):

• External steps lead up to a small kitchen area with hob and fridge, lounge/dining room with satellite TV, two double and one twin bedrooms, plus a full bathroom.

Weekly cleaning and linen change.
