Set just 1 km down a country lane from Cala d’Or marina (where there are many bars, restaurants and shops) and just 2 km from the main resort centre and beaches, it is ideal for families requiring privacy and proximity to all amenities. The gated and raised pool ( 7m x 5m, depth 1.5m to 1.7m, with ladder) and separate children’s pool are reached by a few steps and are bordered by sun terraces and offer good views over the countryside, whilst there is also a small lawned area and BBQ for al fresco dining.

Two storeys villa, sleeps 8:

• Large hallway and reception lounge area
• Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker,  microwave and washing machine, and then into a  dining/sitting room with basic satellite TVand DVD.
• Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and bathroom.
• Upstairs are 2 twin bedrooms and a further double, plus 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
