This immaculately refurbished stone clad farmhouse stands within walking distance of the picturesque hilltop village of Buger. Nestling at the foot of the hill just on the edge of open countryside, both the location and the house facilities, which include a private tennis court, make Ca S'Home a wonderful holiday base. In typical Mallorquin style, Ca S'Home boasts a very spacious seating/dining area that takes up most of the lower level with a well equipped kitchen to one side. Beamed ceilings, a fresh and bright colour scheme plus the rural pictures and memorabilia adorning the walls all combine to create a most pleasant rustic atmosphere. Upstairs, the bedrooms are comfortable and airy beneath their pretty sloping ceilings. A focal point of the garden is the larger than average private swimming pool surrounded by well tended lawns. Next to the pool sits a private tennis court providing a tempting diversion for the more active members of the party! The lights dotted around the grounds create a lovely relaxing atmosphere for al fresco evening dining. A bakery, general store, bank and several local cafés can be found in Buger, or for a wider choice of amenities Sa Pobla is a 10 minute drive. Old Alcúdia and the nature reserve of S'Albufera are just 13km, away while the impressive sweeping sandy bay leading around to Puerto Pollença, where you will find a variety of watersports, lies just beyond. The old Roman town of Pollença is about a 15 minute drive and offers an excellent choice of restaurants amongst its atmospheric, cobbled streets.
