Son Fe d’Alt is a newly built stone house which has been constructed in the traditional Mallorquin style.  It is set on a hillside position with views extending over the valley to the Bay of Pollensa.  The rooms have been furnished to a good rustic standard with tiled floors and beamed ceilings and offer comfortable accommodation for larger groups.

The entrance opens into an attractive hall with an inlaid stone floor and staircase.  This leads through to the spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace, satellite television, DVD and CD player and a dining area.  Two sets of French doors lead out to a covered terrace.  The country style kitchen has marble work tops and is well equipped with a central work island, electric oven and cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a pantry.  A door leads out to a covered dining terrace.  There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. To the left of the entrance hall is a double bedroom, a separate bathroom and a guest cloakroom, and to the right is a twin bedroom.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite.  There are two twin bedrooms which share a separate full bathroom.  All of the bedrooms have access to a large terrace which enjoys views over the countryside.  The villa has air-conditioning in the downstairs bedrooms and in the double on the first floor and has central heating throughout for low season rentals.

The house is set in extensive mature gardens which have been planted with lavender, rosemary and palm, pine, carob, olive and fruit trees.  There is a fishpond with a water fountain.  The gardens slope gradually up from the house to the private L-shaped swimming pool which measures 10 x 5m which can also be heated at a supplement.  There is a pool house with a built-in barbecue, sink and dining table and benches.

Maid service twice per week.  Not three times as stated in the brochure.
