Els Oscols d’Alt is a beautiful home in an elevated position, with 180 degree views over the Bays of Pollensa and Alcudia.  It is set in extensive grounds in a very quiet and secluded location, yet is only 6 kms from Alcudia and 9 kms from the old town of Pollensa.

The property comprises the main house and a separate annexe which can be rented to provide further accommodation for additional guests.  The main house is set over two levels and a covered porch runs the width of the house, offering superb sea views.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with staircase leading to the first floor. To the right of the entrance is the living room with dining area, fireplace and air-conditioning. To the left is a second, more informal living and dining room with a wood burning stove, satellite television, DVD and CD player. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Just off the kitchen is a terrace with a barbecue area. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with French doors leading to the covered porch and a bathroom en suite, a separate shower room and the laundry room with washing machine.

On the first floor is the Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite. There are two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom which share a shower room with hydro-massage. All of the bedrooms at this level, apart from the single room, have access to a terrace with spectacular views.

The annexe is built above the garage. It comprises a living/dining room and a kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker and electric oven. There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom.

The free-form swimming pool (10 x 5m) is set on a lower level to the house and has a shallow area for children. It is surrounded by palm trees, cacti and a large terrace with fabulous views to the Bay of Alcudia.
