With the Serra de Sant Vicenç behind, and the jagged peaks of Formentor in front, this restored farmhouse nestles in three acres of land, two kilometres from Cala Sant Vicenç. The cove of Sant Vicenç is a charming place to relax, by day or night: there are good restaurants, and the alluring sound of the waves, lapping on the shore.
The house is set in a large garden with olive groves, cactus and hibiscus, and lawns. There are terraces on both sides of the house in both shade and sun, with dining tables and chairs, and separate barbecue areas. The swimming pool (10x6m),with diving board, is surrounded by terraces and gardens.
The accommodation is spread out between the main house, two independent houses and a Casita. There is a hard tennis court near the Casita. There is a satellite TV in the main house and air conditioning in some of the rooms. The house has been restored with great taste and style and makes a very relaxing place for a holiday for several families or a large group.

First Floor: Twin bedroom. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, connecting with twin bedroom, single bedroom and shower room.
Second Floor: Master bedroom with TV and seating area around a fireplace, and study area. Glass doors lead into the large bathroom with pine beamed sloping ceiling, bath, separate shower and separate WC. Air- conditioning on this floor.
