This imposing villa is set on a small hill in secluded grounds on Formentor, Mallorca’s beautiful northern peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the renowned Formentor Hotel and restaurant. This area is rich in nature walks, bird watching and secluded beaches. Puerto Pollensa, 9 kms away, has a selection of shops, restaurants and a market.
The property is situated just 400 metres from the beach and crystal-clear sea. It is set in wonderful botanic gardens with ponds, and majestic pine trees offering shade from the summer sun. There is also a swimming pool (8x4m) within the grounds and an outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The accommodation is spacious and features stone walls and arches, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The large first floor terrace offers a fantastic panoramic view of the bay of Pollensa. Further amenities include satellite TV and air conditioning.
