From its hillside position, right on the edge of the coast this stylish, architect-designed villa has panoramic views over the Bay of Cala de San Vicente, on the northern coast of Mallorca. The resort village of Cala San Vicente, with shops and restaurants, is just 1 km away.
There is private access from the villa down steps to the sea, with a sun bathing area on the rocks. From here it is possible to swim in the crystal clear water below. The owner may use the access occasionally as they store a small boat in a garage by the sea. There is also a swimming pool (12 x 6m) on a level down from the villa, with a sun terrace and shower room. A covered terrace next to the pool has mattresses for relaxing out of the sun.
The interiors are modern and spacious, and furnished with textiles from Galerias Vicente, a well-known shop for authentic Mallorcan fabrics. Amenities include satellite TV, mosquito nets over the beds, central heating and a portable barbecue. There is garage parking for two cars, but the entrance to the property is quite steep, and this combined with the steps leading down to the pool, and to the sea, make it unsuitable for the very elderly or very small children.
