Casa Mira is situated on a hillside in the La Vina residential area some 4 km from the centre of Moraira (with its beach, marina and wide selection of shops and restaurants), and enjoys panoramic views of the coastline from its upper terrace (with BBQ) and conservatory. The swimming pool (8m x 4m, with ladder, no shallow end) and one of the bedrooms are situated below the villa and are reached by a flight of steps from the main house. The area here is quiet and relaxing: there are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets about 1.5 km away, whilst the larger resort and superb golden beach of Calpe is just 15 min drive.

Two storeys villa sleeps 6:

• Steps lead down from the driveway to the upper terrace, main house and conservatory with sea views.
• This leads into a lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD player,
• Small kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and mini oven.
• 1 twin and 1 double sharing a shower/WC on this level.
• A spiral staircase leads down to a further twin and shower/WC.
