Casa Fredo, situated between the medieval towns of Santillana (10km) and Comillas (8km) with the lovely beach of Cobreces at 500m, is ideal for enjoyment of the Cantabrian coast. Sandy coves, a huge variety of restaurants, a range of architecture including Gaudi's eccentricities, some Neolithic marvels, a host of medieval town houses and palaces, and of course the caves at Altamira, all are nearby.

Casa Fredo consists of two independent apartments which can be rented separately or together. The owner also lives in a separate flat in the property. Each has its own front door and ample space in the 3,000m2 garden in which is the 11m x 5.5m swimming pool and terrace shared by both apartments. In the garden are two separate areas for each apartment with a barbecue and sink plus stone table and bench. Marble steps rise to give access to Fredo 1 to the left and Fredo 2 to the right.

On your left as you enter is the salon with attractive wood sideboard, TV, sofa bed and armchairs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, modern fitted cupboards and high gloss hardwood flooring. Bedroom 2 with its double bed, is furnished in a similar style. There is a bathroom/WC.
Next door is a smart kitchen with fitted cupboards, washing machine, and granite worktops. The hob has 3 gas rings and 1 electric, complemented by an oven; there is a good size fridge/freezer. The kitchen is next to the dining room providing a delightful eating area.
