Finca los Tres Arcos looks across to the village of Guaro, with an impressive panoramic view and beautiful valleys on each side of the house. This is a peaceful and private spot, away from it all, amongst the almond and olive trees.  Guaro is close to Coin, Alhaurin el Grande and is twenty minutes from Marbella. Visit the Mediterranean coast or drive inland over the mountains to Ronda, or the lakes of El Chorro.  

The living area of the house is open plan which has a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace, satellite TV and video, and a dining table and chairs. Beyond this is the kitchen area, which has a gas hob plus oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a small electric oven and grill.  There is one twin bedroom and a double bedroom which share a bathroom; this has white sanitaryware with toilet, basin bidet and bath with shower over, the washing machine is here too. The third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, with toilet, shower and small hand basin.      
Doors lead from the sitting room to a loggia with three arched windows overlooking the valley. From here there is a large enclosed patio with built-in barbecue, and then steps down to the pool area. This is walled on three sides, on the fourth side is a balustrade with lovely views across the countryside to the village. The swimming pool is 8.5m x 4m with steps down and terracing all around. It can be shut off to prevent small children from entering unattended.

The house is 2km along a good track and you can walk to the village in about fifteen minutes for local bars and shops.
