The villa Nita is located within the small community of Aldeia do Campo, this villa benefits from having a selection of facilities close by including the superb 'Browns' Leisure Centre just 500m away, with on site restaurant, bar, and full sporting amenities. It is just close enough to enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the prestigious resort of Vilamoura, whilst being far enough away to offer complete relaxation. The nearest mini market and bar/grill restaurant is 1 kilometre. The beach and town centre of Vilamoura is approx 4 kilometres.

A spacious open-plan lounge area with satellite television, comfortable seating area and patio doors leading out to the shaded terrace areas and pool. A separate spacious open plan dining area with dining table and chairs leads to a fully fitted kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, gas/electric hob and oven, kettle, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Upstairs: there is one master twin bedded room with a full bathroom and access out to a large private roof terrace with lovely views across to Vilamoura.

Outdoors: there is a lovely shaded and open veranda with sunbeds arranged beside surrounding lawned grassed areas with a selection of lovely plants and fabulous palm trees. Relax by the large kidney shaped pool, 10 x 4 metres, and enjoy al-fresco barbeques.
