This comfortable four bedroom villa boasts an excellent location, close to Barringtons and its superb facilities. Attractive gardens surround the villa making it ideal for a family holiday.

The accommodation comprises: Entrance hall with cloakroom leading to the open-plan lounge/dining area with open fireplace and television. Patio doors lead out to the pretty terrace with outdoor dining furniture and pot plants. A door from the dining area leads to the spacious, fully fitted kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. A door leads to an outside drying area.

The bedroom accommodation consists of: Master twin bedroom (beds together) with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the terrace. Stairs lead to the downstairs level, with one twin bedroom having an en suite bathroom. A further two twin bedrooms share a bathroom and have patio doors leading to a terrace. All bathrooms have heated towel rails, and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans and heaters.

Set in pretty gardens, the good-sized Swimming pool is situated around the back of the villa, surrounded by terracing. There is a built in eating area, with pretty tiling on the table surface. There is also a built in barbecue.
