Vale do Garrao Townhouses are a small group of just 22 linked houses in the attractive area of Vale do Garrao on the edge of the exclusive estate of Vale do Lobo, famous for its magnificent golf courses and wonderful long sandy beach. The houses are managed by the nearby Ria Park Garden Hotel (3-4 min walk away) and guests may use all the amenities of the hotel, including reception, shuttle bus to the beach, swimming pools and children’s club (all free), as well as the bar, restaurant, tennis courts, spa, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi (payable). There is also a free shuttle bus from the sister Hotel Ria Park to the resort centre, so car hire is not necessary here (we can organize airport transfers for you – please enquire).

The houses have been recently refurbished and offer very spacious and comfortable accommodation for anyone looking for accommodation with fine amenities and easy access to all the amenities of this superb resort. Each has a private garden with sunbeds and some have their own small private swimming pool. The superb sandy beach of Vale do Garrao is just 800m away with a variety of inexpensive restaurants, whilst the more exclusive beach at Vale do Lobo is bordered by stylish cafes and eateries. Reduced green fees and tee off times may be booked at the hotel reception.

Two Bedroom Townhouses with private pool (sleep 5) are on two storeys have:

• Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, plus patio doors leading onto a dining terrace with two sunbeds and a lawned garden area with small pool (5m x 3m, depth 0.8m to 1.8m, with ladder).
• Fitted kitchen with, washing machine and dishwasher (microwaves, toasters, coffee machines and irons/ironing boards can be requested free of charge from the hotel reception).
• Downstairs bathroom.
• One twin bedroom and a double bedroom with balcony and further full bathroom upstairs.
• An extra bed can be provided for 1 child.
• Safety deposit boxes are available at reception.

Cleaning and linen change 5 days per week (not Sundays or public holidays).
