The house is set in 13 hectares, where citrus and avocado trees have recently been planted and guests have use of the kitchen garden produce. There is also a 15m x 7m swimming pool, which can be heated at an extra cost, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area converted from an historic bread oven and pigsty. All are enclosed by a natural stone wall with a shaded games area, with table tennis and table football, to the side.
