Quinta do Rosal is a small and very tasteful residential development, situated in a quiet area just 4km from Carvoeiro – far enough to be peaceful, but close enough to be convenient. The development consists of a small number of individual detached villas and some townhouses, which are built in grounds around the central communal large swimming pool (with separate children’s pool) and restaurant area.

There are also tennis courts available for the use of guests and residents. The restaurant is a feature of Quinta do Rosal, offering a range of excellent quality food and the weekly barbecue around the pool is a great hit with visitors. There is also a poolside internet café and small shop selling essentials, as well as a very helpful reception (open 09.30 until 17.30 seven days a week from Apr to Oct, Mon to Fri in Winter) where videos/DVDs can be hired and local advice is available.

Two Bedroom Townhouses (sleep 4 + 1 child) are on two storeys and have:

• Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and video or DVD,
• Patio doors leading onto a dining terrace with two sunbeds and a lawned garden area.
• Fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
• One twin bedroom and bathroom downstairs, plus a double bedroom and further full ensuite bathroom upstairs.

An extra bed can be provided for 1 child.
