Casa Atlantico is a luxurious detached villa, accessed through electric gates, located in beautifully landscaped gardens with views across the golf course. It has been finished and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning throughout.

Entrance is through a spacious hallway on the ground floor that leads to a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. There is a large separate laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. The hallway also leads to the lounge with doors leading to the terrace, separate television (cable) room and dining room, as well as a cloakroom. There is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, and two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.

Upstairs, is the Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite and doors opening out on to a large terrace area, with views across the pool and garden. There is a further double bedroom with bathroom en suite and a spacious study. The villa's facilities include; Washing machine, dishwasher, Cable TV, DVD, CD, VCR, barbecue and full air-conditioning is included.

The Swimming pool (10 x 6 m) is surrounded by terracing that leads to lawned gardens. There is both an outside dining area and a barbecue. The pool can be heated at a supplement.

Staff: Maid service is included 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
