From the sitting room there is an arch leading through into a separate dining room.

The fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast table, is superbly equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, juice squeezer, food processor etc. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Doors lead out to a covered dining terrace with barbecue and the garage houses a table tennis table and equipment. Air-conditioning and central heating is available throughout, the cost of which is metered and charged for separately. A safe is also available in the house for clients’ use and there is a metered telephone.

At ground floor level there are two twin bedrooms, each with a bathroom or shower room en suite and patio doors out to the pool terrace. The master bedroom, complete with dressing room and bathroom en suite, is on the first floor, and it also has doors out to a balcony offering magnificent views. The fourth bedroom, also on this level, is a large double bedroom with bathroom en suite and enjoys lovely views of the nearby hills and countryside.

The villa stands amongst one and a half acres of unspoilt countryside. The area immediately surrounding the villa and pool is landscaped with lawn, flowerbeds and shrubs - the rest is given to natural almond and olive groves. The Swimming pool (10 x 5m) has Roman steps leading into the shallow end. Pool heating is available with the additional cost metered. This facility needs to be requested at the time of booking.

Staff: Maid service 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with weekly linen change.
