The Estuary has been designed to make the most of the stunning views and the fantastic Algarve weather - it has terracotta tiled floors, natural wood and marble interiors, and large panoramic windows. All the bedrooms suites are very spacious and located on the ground floor, whilst all the leisure areas are on the first floor.

Wishing for their guests to feel especially welcome, the owners of The Estuary offer an 'honesty bar and wine cellar' facility - help yourself to their private selection, and either replace or pay for beverages drunk at end of your stay! As well as the small gym indoors there are 3 mountain bikes available for client use.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, extending to an outdoor dining area with a large dining table, electric awnings and gas barbeque. There are several villas nearby but all are very private. The grounds total 1,250 sq metres surrounded by high walls with an electric gate and a landscaped garden to the front, planted with herbs colourful shrubs and lawn areas as well as a flood lit path that goes all around the villa.

GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance hall. Small gymnasium area. The master suite consists of a very large double bedroom with double shower bathroom, office with sliding doors (can be open plan or separate), doors to private decked terrace and views to garden and ocean. There is also a very spacious dressing room positioned (so could be shared) between the master bedroom and the next suite. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, doors to private decked terrace and views to garden and ocean. Two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and garden views. Double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and garden views.

FIRST FLOOR:
Open plan and very spacious sitting and dining rooms with panoramic windows/door to terrace and estuary views. Cloak room. Kitchen with sliding doors (can be open plan or separate), central island/breakfast table, panoramic door to terrace. The pool terrace includes and outdoor dining area and has steps at either side of the villa down to the garden level.

Staff room with shower and cloakroom with door to garden. Cellar. Laundry room and luggage storage.
