This spacious villa enjoys a quiet location in the development of Quinta das Salinas. Centrally located within this prestigious area, Quinta das Salinas is within a short drive of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago where a wide range of facilities are available. The area boasts some of the finest golf courses in Europe as well as tennis centres, equestrian centres, sailing, windsurfing, the luxurious Barringtons health and leisure club and an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. There are two main shopping areas, the Buganvilia Plaza and Quinta Shopping, as well as many bars, restaurants and nightclubs.

A grand entrance hall with guest cloakroom leads to the spacious living room which has a fireplace and patio doors which open onto a large covered terrace. There is a television room and a separate dining room with access to the pool terrace. The fully-fitted kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast table and all modern appliances including a microwave and American fridge/freezer and has patio doors to a covered terrace and the pool area. In the garage is gym equipment, table tennis and a child’s soccer table.

On the ground floor are two spacious twin bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite and one with patio doors to the pool terrace. A marble staircase leads to the first floor. The Master twin bedroom has a bathroom en suite with Jacuzzi bath and patio doors which lead to a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with sea views. The property has double glazed windows with mosquito nets, full air-conditioning (supplement payable outside of peak season).

The private Swimming pool (12 x 5m) can be heated at a supplement and has a heated pool shower. There is a large terrace with guest cloakroom and steps up to the roof terrace with lovely sea and country views, and a large garden, ideal for children.
