Inside the floors are wood lined and outside, there is wood decking on the verandahs and pool surround.

The top floor has a mezzanine sitting room (over the dining room) and the master suite, has a Jacuzzi bathroom with garden and sea views. On the lower ground floor, the spacious playroom was designed to benefit from the light that comes in through a glass wall to the swimming pool- a stunnign effect!

A large lawn area is surrounded by a rock garden and lined by palms, and there is a tennis court and private swimming pool. The property and garden total 2400 sq meters and its protected by fences with electric gate and video phone.
