A terraced garden with many herbs and flowers surrounds the swimming pool (60 sqm) and pool house with W.C, gym, Jacuzzi and games room. There are some unprotected drops on the steps to the first floor and around the pool so young children would need to be watched.

Main House - Ground Floor:

• Double bunk bedroom, two double bedrooms all with shower and separate W.C., all accessed from the courtyard.
• Master bedroom suite with shower, separate W.C., dressing room.
• Open-plan sitting room with TV and DVD, drawing room with bar and music system.
• Well equipped kitchen/laundry room, dining room with indoor barbecue, opening to covered terrace.

First Floor:

• Double bedroom suite (low ceilings) with shower, separate W.C. and private terrace.

Grandola ten minutes drive, horse riding 15 mins, Aberta Nova (nearest beach) 20 mins, Lisbon airport 120 mins.
Please note: Resident couple plus extra maid to clean, shop, prepare and serve three meals a day and meet guests at the airport. Cost of food and beverages not included. Staff have one day off a week.
