A newly converted house situated in the heart of Xewkija village. The property is attached to others and is in the village centre occupying a corner site. Xewkija is one of the oldest villages in Gozo and mostly known for the rotunda church, which is the third largest unsupported dome in the world. There is a shop about 2 minutes walk away and more shops and restaurants 1km away. Xewkija has a heritage of worthy craftsmen and busy workers. The village produces the best Gozitan stone masons who are also the finest decorators of Maltese stone. The beach at Mgarr Ix-Xini is 1.2km away.
