The owner has used authentic Tuscan materials such as cotto floors, beamed ceilings, exposed brickwork and handmade wooden flooring throughout on the second floor.

Outside, Broccolo has a covered dining area and a large level lawn, completely fenced and surrounded by trees, making Broccolo ideal for families. Some 50m from the house is the 12m x 6m swimming pool surrounded by a small sun terrace with loungers, close to a patio with dining area perfect for alfresco meals.
