The house has been tastefully restored with great care, in a manner that respects its original architectural characteristics, and divided into three apartments (vertical portions) with private and equipped outdoor area, both in the front and the back. Offers a good level of peace and quiet. Pleasant view of the farmed countryside and surrounding woods. The house is surrounded by a large natural equipped lawn where the semi-underground round swimming pool (10 m diameter) is located, all of which is shared with owners.
