Located on a small hilltop village amongst the green countryside of the Tuscan hills is the farmhouse Montemagno. This restored property has been renovated according to local tradition but with all modern amenities throughout. There are stunning views from the property of the surrounding valleys and on a clear day, one can even see as far as the Tyrrhenian sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The Versilian coast is approximately ten miles away, whilst the attractive beach resorts of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are only twenty minutes by car. The property is surrounded by olive trees, lavender and roses and has a delightful veranda with bbq that overlooks the pool area. The accommodation itself is set over two floors with one downstairs bedroom, plus a separate apartment with a sofa bed that is also available. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. For days out, clients can choose from Pisa, Lucca or Florence or venture further afield into central Tuscany. This Italian farmhouse near coast is not suitable for small children - there are terraced grounds with some drops.
