Located near Limite sull’Arno, a town on the River Arno due west of Florence, just 25 kilometres away. Vinci, of Leonardo fame, is 20 minutes drive. However Empoli is the nearest town for those necessities of banks, shops and chemists, about 10 minutes away. The villa is on an under-used country lane behind large iron gates and next to a working farm, also the property of the villa owners. Parking in the grounds. The fenced-in grounds are lined with pathways and hedges that dissect well-maintained lawns. The illuminated pool, which is 15m x 7.5m and 1m x 2.4 m deep, is surrounded by hedges and there are changing rooms and showers. Next to the pool is a synthetically turfed 17m x 40m tennis court. There is a terrace with views of vineyards, fruit orchards and rolling hills.
