Villa near Florence - Il Trebbio is located near the village of Pratolino, just to the north of Florence. This charming, fully restored property enjoys an elevated position on a classic Italian wine estate with spectacular countryside views. From this vantage point, it is easy to relax and enjoy the manicured scenery, perhaps with a glass in hand, with views as far as Florence - the famous Duomo is just visible, indicating the closeness of the city.
Il Trebbio was formerly an old building used in the wine production process but has now been fully restored into a characterful residence in typical Tuscan style, ideal for a family holiday. Though the property is offered as a villa for sole rental, it in fact encompasses three individual apartments, each with independent entrances and facilities - these may also be rented individually - please ask for details.
Several rooms enjoy stunning views whilst the swimming pool is located just to the front of the villa, with a backdrop of the surrounding vineyard.
The nearby village of Pratolino (less than a five minute drive) has basic amenities, but does include a restaurant. There is also a bus stop that will take one into Florence, thus avoiding the need to park in the city. This villa near Florence has central heating, thus is available to rent all year.
