Recently restored apartment (180 m2) in an ancient Franciscan convent dating back to the early 13th century in the Tuscan countryside between Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno. The convent is part of the Historical Italian Residences Association. Founded by a Lombardian family, the building was originally called Convento di Giuncheto. In 1300 Saint Agnese, returning from Florence, gave life to the Poor Clare order who then lived in the convent. Then passed to the Dragomanni family, the building was restored in 1600. The recent restoration was conducted with particular attention, both to the use of the materials and to the recovery of the rooms. 500 m away is a public swimming pool and tennis courts. 1.5 km Castiglion Fiorentino (all kinds of shops), 15 km Cortona, 19 km Arezzo, 24 km Lake Trasimeno.
