Situated in the heart of Chianti, Convertoie was restored in 1992 and is s set high on a hilltop with glorious views over the surrounding countryside. Access to the villa is on foot from the courtyard through an external archway and into the private villa gardens.

Accommodation, Sleeps 8 (480 sq.m):

• Dining room.
• Kitchen with door to outside.
• Billiard room with fireplace. 

First floor:

• Double bedroom with canopy over the bed and bathroom en suite.
• Sitting room with fireplace with door to rear furnished terrace.
• Study with satellite TV and twin bedroom with bathroom en suite.

Second floor:

• Double bedroom with bathroom en suite.
• Sitting room.
• Double bedroom with bathroom en suite.

Note: All the terraces are equipped with railings, but children must be watched.

Note: There is a gardener who has access to the gardens and pool for maintenance.

Maid: 3 hours, 3 times per week. Cook service: available on request.
Swimming pool with steps: 10 x 5 m.
