Farmhouse structure made up of the manor house and some farm buildings which have recently been restored and transformed into holiday homes. 3 km food shops, 8 km Figline Valdarno (various shops), 30 km Florence, 55 km Arezzo. Set in the hills in a peaceful position with views over the Arno valley and over Pratomagno. The apartment CELLE 1 is in the manor house, CELLE 5 is in an annexe, CELLE 2 is approx. 30 m from the lake, CELLE 3, 4, 6 and 7 are in two farmhouses lower down and approx. 100 m from the pool and the lake. CELLE 8, 9 and 10 are in a third farmhouse 200 m from the swimming pool and have a communal equipped outdoor area. Shared: distinctive and large swimming-pool with an octagonal part with shallow water which slopes down to the deeper end which is rectangular shaped (7x8) (open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.), a characteristical small lake which you can fish in, sun-trap and changing room with bathroom and showers, table tennis. Inside the complex a five-by-side field is available as well as a shared room which can be used for lunches and meetings. Public telephone near the manor house. 3 baby-beds available. It is possible to purchase organic wine and olive oil produced on the farm. Access to the property along 2.5 km of dirt track road. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
