Villa Il Rigogolo is set in a wonderful position with magnificent views over the surrounding vineyards, woodland and the Castles of Spaltenna, San Donato in Perano and Vertine clearly visible On clear days, the Castle of Brolio can be seen.

Exquisitely furnished, this classical farmhouse combines the typical Tuscan ambience of beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and whitewashed walls with modern amenities. The ground floor entrance to the villa is from a spacious loggia with dining table. At ground floor level there is a spacious kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. A hallway leads to the spacious breakfast room and a small landing with doors to a bathroom, a double bedroom, study/TV room with single sofa bed and two doors to the loggia. The stairs to the upper floor are interrupted part of the way up by a landing with door to a hall leading to the ground floor kitchen. Continuing up the stairs, there is a covered, furnished loggia with arches overlooking the front of the Villa. In the centre of the loggia are panoramic glass doors opening into the sitting room with large fireplace and doors on all sides. One opens into a double bedroom with private bathroom. Another door opens into a second spacious kitchen. A door in the kitchen opens into the dining room which also has a door to the sitting room. On the right of the fireplace there is a suite with double bedroom and bathroom. On the left of the fireplace is a door to another double bedroom with passage leading to a bathroom. On one side of the sitting room is a flight of wooden stairs leading up to a sitting room in the tower with panoramic windows all around.

The farmhouse is set in a well-kept garden with lawns and a beautiful pool, with ample garden furniture and fantastic views. Near to the pool is a small structure with BBQ, utilities room, shower room and kitchenette. At the front of the villa there is a covered loggia with wood burning oven for baking bread and pizza.
