Set in the very heart of Chianti Classico and just 1 km from Radda in Chianti, this magnificent property is set in lawned gardens at the heart of a small vineyard and has been furnished and decorated in a most attractive contemporary country style, to offer a holiday home of a very high standard.

At ground floor level there is a large sitting room with pretty red and white sofas and armchairs, colour washed walls and kelims. The dining room with a large table, beautiful wrought iron chandelier and modern paintings, also has some beautiful prints and a sideboard. Both the sitting room and the dining area open out to the garden with rosemary and geraniums in terracotta pots. The heart of the ground floor is the gorgeous farmhouse kitchen with a state of the art stainless steel cooker, hob and marble sink and work surfaces. This magnificent space could grace any interiors magazine. At first floor level there are four good sized bedrooms each furnished in this elegant rustic style with colour washed walls, and chairs and bedcovers in smart striped or checked fabrics. Here too there are pretty light fittings and lampshades, bedside tables and bathrooms with top quality fittings and marble tops.

The swimming pool with ample sun furniture is situated to the side of the house, surrounded by white sun loungers and umbrella, and has magnificent views over the olive groves and vineyards.

Radda is one of the largest village in Chianti and guests can enjoy local cooking and fine wines at the restaurants and trattorie and at other informal restaurants nestling in the countryside. The speciality food shops both here and in other local villages have a superb selection of these fine wines and other local specialities. Campassole is within easy reach of some of the best wine producing estates in Chianti and guests can enjoy tastings at local wineries. An elegant yet informal base to enjoy this beautiful region.
