This lovely semi-detached villa is just 1 km from the small town of Cavriglia and is completely private from the adjacent property, where the attentive but unobtrusive owners live and are ready to help should the need arise. The villa is built on two floors and has a large pool, well-kept gardens with a BBQ area and a tennis court is being built for the Summer of 2007. This is a spacious home that has been attractively furnished with lovely terracotta floors, exposed beams and all modern conveniences and is an ideal location for visiting the southern part of Tuscany and Umbria.
