Two recently restored apartments in a farmhouse that sits on a hilltop dominating the surrounding Chianti Classico hills. The farmhouse is divided into four apartments, two of which are occupied year-round. An asphalt road that ends at its private parking area reaches the property. The farmhouse is set into the side of the hill and offers ample furnished garden spaces, and a large furnished, paved terrace. The owners are friendly and willing to assist guests with itineraries and shopping.

Access to the apartments is from one side of the farmhouse. They are comfortably furnished with a combination of modern and antique pieces. The ceilings boast wood beams and the floors are in cotto in traditional Tuscan style. There is a barbecue and wood for the fireplaces is payable on consumption. There is a satellite TV in both apartments, and there is a baby cot.

Private access is through a covered archway, down one step, directly into the living/dining room with kitchen corner. The kitchen is in a niche and is fully equipped with gas range, microwave oven and fridge. There is a nice fireplace in the living room that also functions as thermal unit to heat all the rooms in the apartment. Next to the fireplace is a woodburning oven for baking bread an pizza. An open passage leads from the living room into a hall with four doors. One opens into the double bedroom (the bed can be separated into twins on request), the second opens into the twin bedded room, a third opens into a utilities room, while the last door opens into a complete bathroom with shower stall. The windows offer beautiful views.
