It is situated along the Via Francigena , in the heart of an agricultural farm estate, just 4 km from Castellina Scalo (supermarket, banks). 10 km Siena, approx. half an hour by car from many of the most famous cities in Tuscany: San Gimignano, Volterra and Florence. The house, surrounded by woods and vineyards, benfits from a peaceful location with a magnificient view of the Medieval fortress of Monteriggioni and the Chianti hills. Equipped garden and swimming pool (10x5) both of which are shared. Barbecue and wood burning oven. The owners live on site and can speak English, French and Spanish. Simple but complete furnishings.
