Original one-room flat (50 m2) in an ancient 13th century farmhouse that has been restored in accordance with the original structures (ancient mangers, wooden beam ceilings, a few visible stone walls, etc.) situated just outside of the typical and peaceful town of Badia a Montemuro (food shop, restaurant/bar) in the heart of the Chianti Classico. Just 3.5 km from the Natural Park of Cavriglia (horse riding, swimming pool, restaurant), 10 km Radda in Chianti, 18 km Figline Valdarno (all kinds of shops), 42 km Siena. Views of the countryside. Equipped terrace (15 m2) and small loggia (10 m2) closed on three sides, both of which are reserved for the guests. Pleasant terraced garden that is shaded and shared with the owner. Parking.
