Just 3.5 km from a small commerical centre with basic food shops, 4 km horse riding, 23 km Cortona, 35 km Lake Trasimeno. Florence and Siena are within easy reach. In addition to its pleasant architectural aspect that is well preserved, the mill is characterised by a huge external area made up of an extensive lawn at the entrance and it has a beautiful terrace on the upper floor which extends towards the terracings with the olive groves.
