The Costa Smeralda with its smart resorts such as Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo are only a 30 - 50 minute drive away. The villa is very well furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. A particular feature of the property is the lovely veranda to the front of the house. There is also a 9m x 4m swimming pool framing the beautiful seaviews.

Lower Ground Floor: Self-contained apartment, with a sitting room with kitchenette and fireplace, opening onto a covered terrace, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to the garden, double bedroom and bathroom.
