This beautiful Mediterranean villa is located in Porto Rotondo in north-eastern Sardinia, with magnificent views of the village, sea, harbour and Porto Rotondo Marina Yacht Club just 500 metres away. The unique and impressive swimming pool has a delightful waterfall feature and stream jets.
Surrounded by terraced areas including terracotta tiles, teak decking and stone work, the garden also contains a pool shower and an outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and brick oven.

Ground Floor: Large open-plan living/dining area with satellite TV/DVD tastefully decorated with light coloured classic furnishings and terracotta floor tiles throughout, up a few steps through an arch to a well equipped cosy kitchen and small breakfast table, two double bedrooms both en suite, one with shower and the other with bath, twin bedroom with adjacent shower room.
Lower Level: (accessed externally) Double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Staff
Maid service two hours a day six days a week.

Please note that due to the many steps and situation of the pool, we do not feel this house is suitable for children under four years or anyone with walking difficulties. Extra supervision should be taken for young children.
